Cumberland County Schools to Host Superintendent Search Forums to Gather Community Input
Community Invited to Share Input on Leadership Qualities for Next Superintendent of Cumberland County Schools
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Board of Education is inviting families, staff and community members to participate in an upcoming Your Voice, Your Leader: Superintendent Search Forum to help guide the selection of the next superintendent for Cumberland County Schools (CCS).
Attendees will have the opportunity to share their ideas on the leadership qualities, experience and priorities that matter most for the future of CCS. These sessions will be facilitated by McPherson and Jacobson, LLC, the firm assisting the Board in this important process.
"Community involvement is essential as we embark on this critical decision," said Deanna Jones, chairwoman of the Cumberland County Board of Education. "We want to hear from all stakeholders to ensure we select a superintendent who will best serve the needs of our students, families and staff."
The dates and locations for the forums are as follows:

These forums are open to the public, and no RSVP is required. Attendees will have the chance to contribute their ideas and help shape the future of Cumberland County Schools.
