Cumberland County Schools Seeking Premier Professionals for In-Person Job Fair
CCS' Job Fair scheduled from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday (April 27)
Fayetteville, N.C. — Looking for that perfect job? Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is seeking premier professionals for the 2024-2025 school year and is hosting a job fair to recruit for open positions throughout the district.
CCS' Teacher Job Fair will take place on Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. until noon on the campus of Gray's Creek High School, located at 5301 Celebration Drive in Hope Mills, NC.
During the three-hour hiring event, potential candidates will have an opportunity to network with school administrators and district leaders to learn more about job opportunities in the school system. There are no fees and pre-registration is not required; however fairgoers are encouraged to bring 30-50 copies of their resume for possible interview opportunities.
“We realize that achieving our mission requires having exceptional talent at every level of the organization,” said Ruben Reyes, associate superintendent of CCS' Human Resources. “We are committed to recruiting, supporting and retaining impactful teachers, leaders and support staff to help our students succeed in the classroom and beyond."
CCS is the fifth-largest school district in North Carolina with 86 schools. As one of the largest employers in Cumberland County, the district offers numerous incentives and benefits to employees. Thanks to partnerships with local businesses and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, CCS employees also receive special discounts and incentives across the county.
