URGENT AlphaMCS Reminder Message

You may have received an INCORRECT notification about AlphaMCS and Mecklenburg County Finance regarding claims submissions after 5:00pm on Monday, March 31st. Below is the CORRECT information:

MeckLINK's AlphaMCS portal (or an uploaded 837 file) will continue to be accepted for claims with dates of service prior to April 1, 2014 (accepted up to 90-days from the date of service for State claims and up to 190-days from the date of service for Medicaid claims). Claims will be processed according to your contract terms with MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare For dates of service on or after April 1, 2014, contact Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions for information regarding procedures for claims submission and processing by using this LINK.

If you were a MeckLINK Provider and have an issue regarding a claim for dates of service between 3/1/2013 - 3/31/2014, please send an email to MCOClaims@mecklenburgcountync.gov. We will respond within 24-28 hours.

If you were a MeckLINK Provider and have an issue regarding an invoice for dates of service between 3/1/2013 - 3/31/2014, please send an email to MCOInvoiceprocessing@mecklenburgcountync.gov. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

AlphaMCS System - Do you have an AlphpaMCS log in question? Are you locked out of AlphaMCS and need your password reset? Visit this LINK for assistance. Please note that IT will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
