Discontinuation of Route 78X Celanese Express  

Route 78X Celanese Express will be discontinued effective July 5, 2011. Express bus service will no longer be provided between the Celanese Corridor in Rock Hill and the I-485/South Blvd LYNX Station. This decision was made due to the discontinuation of funding resources.

Passengers desiring to travel between Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC may utilize the Route 82X Rock Hill Express.  The 82X has park and ride lots at Rock Hill City Hall, the Manchester Cinema, Baxter Village and the Plaza Fiesta Carolina.  Passengers may connect to the LYNX Blue Line at the CTC/Arena Station in uptown Charlotte.
