May is Building Safety Month, so it seems an appropriate time to pause and say thank you to our customers.
Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement's mandate is to save lives and prevent injury by ensuring building code compliance, but we don't do that alone -- our customers in the building and development industry help us with their dedication to doing code-compliant work.
For the third year, we paused at the May Building Development Commission meeting to thank just a few of our thousands of dedicated customers for their commitment to building a safe and thriving Mecklenburg County. We call them our Code Heroes.
