We’re very excited about some upcoming professional development (and relationship building) opportunities featuring native language speakers, October 16-17 in Billings! We hope each school and district with Class 7 educators consider applying for the Indian Language Immersion Program Grant. Please email matthew.bell@mt.gov for application or questions.
As we approach the month of October, we offer you translations from two tribes regarding this time of year and encourage you to incorporate these words in to your education space and consider ways to connect to the learning opportunities or themes of the month
