 Monitoring Reminder
May 1, 2025 is the deadline to have ALL documentation labeled and uploaded into Spring ESEA monitoring portfolios (in Google) for districts that were notified in January of their selection for the Spring 2025 ESEA/ESSA Title I-A, II-A, III, IV-A, and IX desk monitoring review.

REAP SRSA Application Reminder
The U.S. Department of Education anticipates that the fiscal year (FY) 2025 Small, Rural School Achievement (SRSA) grant application will open soon. Once the opening and closing dates for the application are identified, the U.S. Department of Education will update the SRSA website [ed.gov] and directly contact eligible LEAs. Please feel free to reach out to Marisa Britton-Bostwick (marisa.britton-bostwick@mt.gov) with any questions or concerns about the application process.

2025 E-Grants Tour Dates
The OPI Federal Programs Team will once again be travelling the state in late July and early August to assist school leaders with their ESEA consolidated applications in the E-Grants system. All events are listed in the flyer to the left and will include a lunch break from 12:00-1:00 pm. Locations are the same as last year with one exception: the Helena event will be at East Helena High School this year. For further information contact Zach Hawkins:
