Quality Educator Payment
December 1st marks the deadline for receiving the Quality Educator Payment (QEP) for districts. All applications that were submitted by December 1st will be evaluated in time.
Please have your teachers check daily on the status of their applications. If there is a deficiency, the application will need to be resubmitted.
*Remember-- as an Authorized Representative, you have access to check on the status of every application for your district through TeachMT.
2025 License Renewals
For any license that expires in 2025, an educator can submit a renewal application as early as January 1, 2025, on TeachMT.

2025 Licensure Fees
The Board of Public Education approved the Superintendent's request to lower licensure fees. Starting January 1st, there will no longer be a $25 technology fee for any application.
