USDA Foods Preference Survey Now Open
In MAPS, go to Agencies > Surveys > choose Survey #211 titled What would you like to see?
Program Year should display 2024-2025
The purpose of this survey is to narrow down the list of USDA Foods offered on the upcoming Annual Survey. The quantity received for the 24-25 school year is provided for reference. Please enter your anticipated usage for the 25-26 school year. Don’t worry about being too precise – we just want to eliminate the items with very low interest.
There is a column for Inventory on Hand, but you do not need to fill that out.
This survey is not mandatory, it is for planning purposes only. The Annual Survey (coming in February 2025) is where you will make requests for the 25-26 school year.
Thank you in advance for your participation! This survey will close on December 31st.
The Annual Survey will be available the first week of February. You will receive an email notification when the Annual Survey is open.
