I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Joan Franke, Jennifer Stadum, and Mike Jetty for their exceptional service and dedication to the Indian Education for All Unit. During the recent transition period without an IEFA Director, they stepped up and ensured that the Unit continued to function smoothly and effectively. Their commitment to their roles and their unwavering support of the IEFA mission has been truly remarkable. In good times, and bad, these three have been the cornerstones of IEFA, and their service to the students of Montana is undeniable and admirable.
As the new IEFA Director, I am incredibly grateful for their warm welcome and the guidance they have provided during my onboarding. Their knowledge, expertise, and willingness to share their experiences have been invaluable to me as I acclimate to this new role. I am confident that with their continued support, we will achieve great things for Montana's students and their understanding of the rich Indigenous culture in our beautiful State. Please join me in thanking Mike, Joan, and Jennifer for their outstanding service and dedication to IEFA.
