Alternative Teaching Program Approved!

Per SB 373, an alternative teacher certification and endorsement program has been approved in Montana.

The Board of Public Education approved the first program, the American Board, at their March 2024 meeting.

Look into a Class 5B Provisional License as a possible option for potential teachers!

2024 License Renewals

For any license that expires in 2024, an educator can submit a renewal application as early as January in TeachMT.
