IEFA Tuesdays
The OPI IEFA Unit is offering an update and PD opportunity on the first and third Tuesdays of each month during the 2023-24 school year. These are at 4:00-5:00 pm on ZOOM.
Earn 1 professional development unit for attending each meeting. First Tuesdays are ENERGIZE! IEFA Monthly Gatherings. These are fun, hour-long gatherings intended as an opportunity to learn about IEFA lesson plans, and upcoming professional development opportunities, and take a quick dive into the Essential Understandings with chances to win prizes. Third Tuesday's webinars will be IEFA Across the Content. Upcoming content areas include Industrial Arts, Music, and Art. Previously recorded webinars for the areas of ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Health Enhancement, and Family and Consumer Science are available on the OPI Website.

New Reporting Requirements
The OPI IEFA Unit has been receiving a number of calls regarding the new IEFA accreditation reporting requirements in the District Integrated Strategic Action Plan (ISAP). Please refer to the OPI Indian Education for All website for further guidance on the IEFA accreditation reporting and assurances.
There are also new reporting requirements for the IEFA ANB fund expenditures. For further information please review this informational document.
