FY2025 Window Opens Soon!
The application and annual report window opens Monday, December 4th at 8am and closes Monday, January 8th at 5pm. Any new applications for FY2025 or annual reports to continue funding in FY2025 must be received by the closing of this window.
Use the Transformational Learning page or MT Advanced Opportunities page to submit these documents once the window appears.
Information required through Qualtrics submission:
- submitter's name
- submitter's email address
- documents uploaded as 1 PDF file
- reCAPTCHA confirmed
MTAO grant has $700,000+ available FY2025 funds.
Transformational Learning grant has $300,000+ available in FY2025 funds.
Changes in Reporting
HB 946 Requires additional reporting for both grants. This includes:
Transformational Learning-
- identify and describe activity
- metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- assessment of effectiveness
- future plans per activity
- funds expended
MT Advanced Opportunities-
- opportunity title and description
- location of opportunity
- number of students impacted
- credits earned
- certificates earned
- funds expended per opportunity
