Internships Reporting Due November 15th

23/24 school year Internships need to be reported to the OPI no later than November 15th.

Although universities need to report Internships to the OPI, you can help your educator by checking internship applications for completeness.

Emergency Authorization for Employment

School Districts need to register their Emergency Authorization for Employment (EAE) with the local county superintendent

Ask your EAE educator to print out the approval letter from their TMT account. The school district can then register the approval letter.

December 1st Deadline

Teachers hired at a Montana school district must have an active license on December 1st to be eligible for the Quality Educator Payment.

The licensure team is on schedule with application evaluations, but they can only evaluate completed and submitted applications. Did you know applicants can check their own application status and see if they have overlooked any portion of their application?
