The OPI IEFA Team Will Be Offering Monthly Support Webinars
Beginning Tuesday May 2nd, the OPI IEFA team will be offering a monthly webinar to provide teachers and administrators with information and an opportunity to ask questions of, or request assistance from, the OPI IEFA team. These webinars will go for approximately one hour each month and will occur on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Some dates may be changed due to holidays or other special circumstances. The meetings will start with an overview of some of the new lessons or other resources that the team has developed, explore a special topic of interest, and conclude with some time for Q & A.

2023-24 IEFA Grant Opportunities
The OPI IEFA unit will be offering a limited number of grants to schools interested in doing a student exchange initiative during the 2023-24 school year.
Successful grants will require a solid working relationship between two schools so as to facilitate a meaningful student exchange that positively impacts students from both schools. To facilitate successful grant applications and exchanges, the IEFA unit is offering the following:
- Networking and informational gathering sessions on April 25th and May 16th from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. These will be held via Zoom.
- An exchange guide for reference and planning. This will be available on the OPI IEFA website beginning in June.
