*NEW: Updating AIM Contact Information
It has come to our attention that the old AIM Contact Update form was not sending your updates to the appropriate staff. There is a new update form available here: AIM Contact Update Form. Please check your current district contacts and submit a Contact Update Form if changes are required.
*NEW: AIM Feedback Form
A new feedback form will be available soon on the OPI AIM Webpage. This form will be used to help staff identify training needs and make suggestions to Infinite Campus for upgrades and changes to the AIM System. This form will be most helpful if used constructively. Examples of issues that should be submitted as feedback include requests for training, changes to the type or location of fields, or requests for additional reports. The current help desk system should continue to be used to identify fixes and issues that need immediate attention.
December State Holidays
Christmas and New Year's Day fall on a Sunday this year. Both holidays will be observed on the following Monday (December 26 and January 2). AIM Staff will be unavailable on these observed holiday days.
Data Validation
AIM Staff are working to move Ad Hoc filters to Data Validation. Moving these filters allows a user to run multiple reports at the same time, instead of one by one. They are organized by collection for your convenience.
AIM Student Photos Needed
Please remember to collect the Student Photo Opt-In information from parents as they register their students. Then please follow up with importing students’ photos into Infinite Campus, so the photos in AIM with the Opt-in value can be used by the Department of Justice to help find missing children. See our AIM District Student Photo Repository user guide for additional information.
The OPI is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities. If you need a reasonable accommodation, require an alternate format, or have questions concerning accessibility, contact the OPI ADA Coordinator, 406-444-3161, opiada@mt.gov, Relay Service: 711.
