MentorMT Teacher Enrollment Begins in October!
MentorMT, an initiative of the MSU ASPIRE project, is a FREE program that matches 1:1 virtual mentors with new or novice K-12 teachers in Montana who may be underprepared due to teaching outside their licensure preparation, under emergency/provisional license, or within the first two years at a rural school. A small stipend is provided for mentees participating in the program. A final cohort of mentors is currently being trained and will be ready to mentor in October. More details and contact information are in the link above! Mentee enrollment will run through October 15th.
Helpful Hub Tip of the Month: Need to unenroll from a Hub course? It’s easy! Just go to “How do I unenroll from a course?” This is especially important for facilitated courses that have limited enrollment. If you decide you are unable to take the course as planned and do not unenroll, someone who really wanted to take the course may be prevented from doing so.
Visit us at the link above to set up an account and sign up for courses.
