Visit The OPI IEFA Website For Resources And Ideas
- The OPI IEFA Unit's website is a great place to find videos, lesson plans, and other information and resources. Additionally, there is information about ongoing and upcoming professional development opportunities including webinars. Two popular webinar series that are currently offered are the IEFA Advocacy Award Winner series and the Indigenous Ethnobotanist series. Previously offered events are recorded and can be viewed for renewal units so long as the participant completes a short survey after viewing.
- Our website also has links to a number of other websites that provide IEFA tools and content. These can be found on the General Information page under State and National Resources.
- Other states have followed Montana's lead and have developed their own unique Essential Understandings and IEFA resources. Among them are North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, and Oregon. We would encourage you to check their sites out as well.
Our unit is pleased to be able to offer you a one stop shop for such a multitude of high quality implementation tools and resources. We hope you find it useful for your IEFA implementation needs.
