The webinars scheduled beyond 11/30/21 have been cancelled until a time TBD. Please see the pre-recorded webinars in 2021-22 and 2020-21 for assistance and we will update the status on the live webinars as soon as possible.
State Published Ad Hoc Reports - Fall Gifted and Talented
The federal Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) includes reporting of gifted/talented participation. This data element cannot be automatically calculated in Infinite Campus. To assist districts with this data collection, the Fall Program Participation Gifted/Talented Report (student FALLPR Gifted & Talented OCR 2021-22) now includes Race/Ethnicity, Gender, and English Learner information. To use the current year’s report for last year’s CRDC collection, copy the filter to your own Ad Hoc Reports, change the Start and End Dates to last year’s CRDC collection date, and change the End Year to 2021. To use the report for future years, print the Ad Hoc Report and keep on file for the next collection.

AIM Data Reminders
AIM Student Photos Needed
We want to remind you to upload student directory photos to the OPI for inclusion in the missing child photo repository. The repository provides law enforcement with immediate, 24/7, year-round access to a child’s school photo should a child be reported missing.
See our AIM District Student Photo Repository user guide for additional information.
AIM Enrollment Overlap Reports
As a reminder, please be sure to run the AIM Enrollment Overlap Report and the AIM State Enrollment Overlap Report throughout the year. These reports can be found in your infinite campus system, under Index > Student Information > Reports.
AIM Reporting Cohort Data - Date First Entered 9th Grade
Please ensure all high school students have their Date First Entered 9th Grade field populated under the Graduation Tab. Please review our Reporting Cohort Data AIM User Guide for instructions on how to complete this field.
- For assistance on validating this field please use the Ad Hoc report found at:

Did you Know?
There is a District AIM Contact Update Form which can be submitted whenever there is a change in AIM staff in your school or district. This helps us ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information for your district so that AIM data does not go unreported.
We have also provided a spreadsheet on our OPI AIM Homepage of all AIM Primary and AIM Backup contacts for every district so that districts can get in touch with one another about AIM data reporting more easily!
Thank you for all you do!
