CONTINUING APPLICATIONS & ACTION PLANS DUE!- All current 21st CCLC programs must submit a 2022 continuing application by 6/1/2021.
Cayen Afterschool 21 User Access Instructions- Instructions on how to give new staff members access to the Cayen system have been posted to the website. Please click here to review this process.
Cash Requests- May cash request is due tonight at 11:59. The last cash request for this grant year is due June 16, 2021. You will be allowed to request cash on the final expenditure August 10th. There are no cash requests in July.
Data Due- Spring Term data is due June 14th. this will be submitted through e-pass and google for the last time. Please be sure to also complete the data certification form and email it to adomino@mt.gov when you have certified your data.
21st CCLC Networking Call- June 3rd will be the next networking call. This call will be focused on the new data collection system, AS21. You can join the meeting at 9:00 June 3rd by clicking here.
21st CCLC Summer Meeting June 30/July 1- Registration closes May 31, 2021. All staff members and volunteers are encouraged to attend this meeting. A virtual option is also available. Please register here.
