SirsiDynix will be performing system maintenance that will affect all of our Sirsi products, including Workflows, Enterprise, and BCMobile, tonight at midnight for approximately 5 hours. MSC Admins have posted a notice on Enterprise informing patrons of the maintenance.
This maintenance is in preparation for a SirsiDynix server move, so we expect Workflows, SymphonyWeb, and Enterprise to be completely unavailable during this time. The BCMobile app may still be available but some features and functionality will not be accessible due to the backend server downtime.
On Friday morning, we expect the BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) data load to also be delayed and impact report subscriptions for that day. MSC Admins will work with the vendor to send updated subscriptions once the data load is completed. Workflows notice emails and other reports may also be delayed.
