Participants learning the ins and outs of the Montana History Portal, April 2026
Thank you to the 19 teachers who participated in the MHP teacher workshop at the Montana Heritage Center in Helena.
Over the course of two days, teachers from across the state came together to learn and explore a variety of topics available on the history portal with the goal of turning their ideas into online exhibits. Once finished, the exhibits will be available on the history portal to help further illuminate stories from Montana's past!
Stay tuned for updates on new exhibits and be sure to explore the 50+ exhibits currently on the portal at the link below.
Speaking of exhibits, remember to learn more about the Research Guides and Teacher Resources available anytime on the Montana History Portal.
Subjects include military collections, Montana history books, ranching, and much more!
