BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) is experiencing issues this morning and functionality is affected. The system may not properly be loading information or sending email subscriptions. This seems to be connected to the maintenance that took place earlier this morning.
After the last disruption in BCA following system maintenance, we did implement system changes based off SirsiDynix's recommendations. However, those changes have appeared to not resolved the issue, and we are working with them to find a solution. When BCA is back up and running, we will let you know.
