Some libraries are experiencing connection issues with Workflows and SIP2/Self-Checks. This does not appear to be system-wide and we do not have any indications that the disruption is on our Symphony server. All systems appear to be up and running. This is likely an ISP issue.If your internet service is working but you cannot connect with Workflows, please open a ticket, so we can help you troubleshoot.
If you have no connection at all, you can use Offline mode. If you do utilize Offline, please open a ticket when you are back online and logged in to Workflows so that we can upload your offline transactions. Also, remember to check the default due date in the session settings.
