System Restored - BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA)
The BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) outage we had yesterday affected all SirsiDynix customers and lasted most of the day. SirsiDynix identified the issue with BCA late in the afternoon and began bringing the system back online. Once the service was fully functional, our regular nightly data transfer ran as scheduled. BCA is now fully functional and current with data through 08/29/2024.
