Anticipated High-Volume Usage of Montana Cadastral Application

We are anticipating high-volume usage of the Montana Cadastral Application during the Montana Property Tax Rebate period. Montanans must apply for the rebate between August 15 – October 1, 2024. Based on last year's data, we expect increased usage during peak hours throughout the duration of the Tax Rebate Period, but especially the beginning and end of time period. The Montana Cadastral application may function more slowly than expected. We have staff monitoring systems and support requests to ensure the best support of services to Montanans!

If you are experiencing slow loading search results during the anticipated high-volume usage, if possible, please try again during early morning or evening hours. Typical Peak Usage Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday- Friday. Anticipated High-Volume & Peak Hours: August 15 - 16 -- 8:00am - 4:00pm September 30 - October 1 -- 8:00am - 4:00pm
