Important Information About the Cadastral Application |
Clearing Your Web Browser’s Cache to restore Montana Cadastral Application Service Connections
A recent a recent configuration change within the Montana Cadastral application may require users to clear their internet web browser cache.
Here are some steps to complete if the Cadastral application search function is not working, parcels are not loading, the property record card information is not displaying, or a "Error:400" is being displayed.
- Clearing your web browser's cache: Ctrl+Shift+Del. Depending on your computer/device we recommend the following:
- Time range: "All time" or "Everything"
- Clear cookies and other site data
- Clear cached images and files
- Close & reopen your web browser.
