As mentioned in previous system updates, our current ticket system and knowledge base articles are moving to a new help desk system. Beginning Wednesday, April 24 a new form for opening help desk tickets will be available. The migration will be complete by the end of May as all tickets and knowledge base articles are transferred over.
MSC staff will demo the new system at the Spring Members meeting on April 17 and continue to share more information in our newsletter. If you have any questions, please open up a help desk ticket.
