Montana State Library Rules Notice Announcement
The State Library announces a draft rules notice to correct the language of final rules originally filed on December 22, 2023 following Commission action on December 6, 2023. Today's rules notice is necessary to ensure the final administrative rules published match the rules already adopted by the Commission.
