We are pleased to announce that the Harlowton Public Library is now live in the MSC. Their first day in the system was Friday – Welcome Harlowton!

Workflows Reports
Workflows Reports seem to be operating normally this week. We do ask that if you see any reports in the Finished Reports wizard that you do not use, please open a help desk ticket so we can remove them.
Merging Zoho Accounts
As we prepare for the migration of our ticket system, MSC staff are merging duplicate accounts in Zoho. If you have duplicate accounts that can be merged, please open a help desk ticket. In the ticket, please include the account and email address of the account to retain.
Inventory Reports Update
The initial Inventory report that MSC staff runs at the start of the inventory process now excludes items in a Discard, Lost-Claim, Lost-Assum, or In-transit status. While the daily inventory report now excludes items in a Discard status. If you have any questions about inventory procedures, please open a help desk ticket.
BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) Maintenance Monday, February 5
BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) will be down for scheduled maintenance on Monday, February 5 starting at 8:00 pm MDT for approximately 2 hours.
MSC Office Hours - Tuesday, February 6th
Join us Tuesday, 2/6 at either 10 am or 2 pm for MSC Office Hours. We will be available the whole hour to troubleshoot specific issues, help brainstorm how to get a new a project started, or answer any questions you may have! Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole time.
