Fall Meeting Agenda and Bylaws Draft Added to ASPeN
As a result of changes to the MSC's governance structure and disbanding of the MSC Executive Board, we will amend our bylaws at the Member Fall Meeting. It's also been over five years since the bylaws were last revisited so a number of other updates were necessary. The large number of changes make it difficult to do a line by line comparison within a single document so both the current bylaws and the new draft bylaws are in the meeting materials for your review.
Please take the time before the meeting on Wednesday, October 18 to review the draft. Please feel free to submit suggestions, changes, concerns, or questions by opening a help desk ticket, attending an upcoming Office Hours session, or emailing Amy directly. We will collate suggestions before the meeting to help streamline the amendment process.
