The Montana Memory Project (MMP) continues to provide information on ways to successfully use the new site through this Highlights newsletter and the Highlights section on the home page.
Library staff members are encouraged to share these with patrons by adding these ideas to your website and sharing through social media outlets.

Are you familiar with the Hungry Horse Dam? The National Park Service has a great page explaining its history, including the origin of the Hungry Horse name.
For more details, the MMP has a collection of photographs showing construction and documents providing progress reports and financial statements.

These collections are linked, so when you look at a photograph you'll see related documents listed in the left column.
Conversely, looking at a document will list all the related photos.

Are you familiar with the Polk city directories? Now you can access the directories for Flathead and Lincoln Counties. These provide a wealth of information about businesses and residents of the area. |
