October Off-site Health Screening Events

These are the last events in Great Falls and your last chance to complete a State-sponsored Health Screening before the October 31, 2025 deadline.

Off-site events now with eHealthScreenings (a Premise Health company)

On-site appointments also available at all Montana Health Centers

Good for You

State-sponsored Health Screenings provide a baseline for you and your provider to monitor your health. They can detect "silent" issues such as high blood pressure or infections. Plus, they are free for State Plan members the age of 18 and older.

Good for Your Pocketbook

Completing a State-sponsored Health Screening helps you earn the Live Life Well Incentive - worth $60 per month in 2026!

To earn the Live Life Well Incentive for 2026, you must complete all required Incentive Activities - including a State-sponsored Health Screening - no later than October 31, 2025.
