There were significant changes to the WIC Approved Food List on January 1st, and it is critical that stores have the most updated file downloaded to their point-of-sale system so that all approved items go through for WIC customers. Please keep this in mind if you hear of shopping challenges related to new food items and please reach out to the state office if you have any questions. |

The Teletask login process will be changing in late January. The new login process will use MT’s Okta single sign on service to login into Teletask. You can create/verify your Okta account at https://okta.loginmt.com. Your Okta account must use the same email address used for Teletask. We will continue to provide updates and reminders in the WIC newsletter. |

All staff, who are paid with WIC funds, must complete a time study for January. Time reporting must be tracked in the following four categories: Nutrition Education, Breastfeeding Promotion, Client Services, and General Administration. Staff time must be submitted on that month’s expenditure report.
This is a federal mandate that we submit for monthly reporting. Expenditure reports will not be processed without time study information for required months: January, April, July and October. If you have any questions or need the tracking spreadsheet, please email Lori.Reed@mt.gov.
