The Montana 68th Legislature 2023 Session, SB 163, established a volunteer program within the Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPPHS), to support Child Protective Services Activities. This rule establishes a registration portal for volunteers and volunteer organizations interested in supporting Child Protective Services Activities within the DPHHS Office of Child and Family Services your community.
