This webinar will assist providers in effectively referring mothers to appropriate members of an interdisciplinary team. The Montana Association of WIC Agencies (MAWA) has bi-monthly board meetings held via Microsoft Teams on the fourth Thursday of odd months from 12:00-1:00. Our next meeting is May 25th. Montana State Vendor Lead, Kevin Moore, spoke with NAVA partner Danielle DeVera at the Annual NWA Conference in San Diego last week. They were asked to speak about how the Montana WIC Program is utilizing parent partner’s voices to contribute to and provide valuable feedback about modernizing our program across the state. Most of the State Office was at the NWA Conference and is excited to share what Montana is doing to improve the program, as well as, learn from other states what project and innovative ideas have worked for them!
