• The CDC estimates that 1 in 5 Americans has a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI). The CDC also says that almost half of the new STI cases are in young adults.
• Talking about Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s) and STI’s with your partner is an important step to take when you are getting ready to take the next step.
