To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses, you can take simple steps to protect yourself and your family.
-
Stay home if you’re sick,
-
Avoid contact with sick people when possible,
-
Cover your cough and sneezes with the crook of your elbow or a tissue
-
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth and wash your hands frequently
-
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
Call ahead to a healthcare professional if you develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or if you live in or have recently traveled to an area with ongoing spread. Tell your healthcare professional about your recent travel or contact. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19. You can contact your local county or tribal health department for questions regarding COVID-19, testing or what may be occurring in your community.

Taylor Mangen, FPP Nurse Consultant
 Hi Everyone!
My name is Taylor Mangan. I will be overseeing the Telehealth portion of Family Planning and I am so excited to get started! I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University-Bozeman, but my true love and favorite team are the University of Montana Grizzlies! I started my nursing career in a critical access hospital in Hamilton, Montana working on the medical surgical floor as a charge nurse, and have worked in various capacities fn healthcare prior.
I am a dog mama to the two most precious pups, Oakley James and Gemma Rose. I grew up in Great Falls (Go Rustlers!). I love the water, you can find me paddle boarding or fly fishing the Might Mo on summer weekends or on the slopes in the winter.
I look forward to getting a chance to meet you all and hear your ideas on telehealth!
