MDT ESS CADD Requests
We have some changes taking place to better serve MDT CADD users. Requests for CADD support and enhancements will be managed with ServiceNow. This change is effective immediately. It is expected to offer CADD users the following benefits:
- faster response times
- ability to track requests
- automatic status updates
- two way request communication
Please help our success in managing requests by submitting CADD support and enhancement requests through the MDT Service Desk. MDT partners external to MDT will continue to submit requests from the Engineering Apps & Resources web page. ESS (Engineering Systems Section) CADD Support will enter the requests into ServiceNow on behalf of external users at this time.
