The State of Montana quarterly recycling drives are designed to encourage employees to bring items from home.
WHAT WILL BE ACCEPTED:
- Glass
- Aluminum/tin
- Plastics – Type 1 and 2 only
- Cardboard
- Newspapers, office paper, and magazines
- Batteries - no car batteries

FREE E-WASTE RECYCLING

Yellowstone E-waste is the State contractor for e-waste recycling. They will accept most electronics, with the exception of CRT TV's and monitors. (tube-style) They accept TV's and monitors: flatscreen LCD/LED type.
PC's, laptops, tablets, phones, printers, stereo equipment, cords and cables, etc., will all be accepted for free. (please no alkaline batteries or smoke detectors)
Yellowstone E-Waste will also be providing hard drive destruction on site! Fees for data destruction will be $7 per machine (computer, laptop, etc.) Yellowstone will pull and shred your hard drive right in front of you! Please note that tablets and cell phones do NOT have a removeable hard drive - we are not able to wipe or shred tablets or phones. Please wipe and re-set tablets and phones prior to recycling them.
