Montana Invasive Species Council hosts Quarterly Meeting in Trout Creek
HELENA, Mont — The Montana Invasive Species Council (MISC) will hold its next council meeting from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm on July 29th at the Lakeside Hotel in Trout Creek. Guest speakers will present information about the Sanders County Eurasian watermilfoil project and chronic wasting disease. After the meeting attendees are invited on a tour of noxious weed sites in the area.
This meeting is open to the public and virtual attendance is available with pre-registration. To attend the meeting in-person or virtually, register by July 24th by visiting the MISC website or emailing russ.hartzell2@mt.gov. Written comments can be emailed to staff and will be forwarded to the Council.
MISC is a statewide partnership working to protect Montana’s economy, natural resources, and public health through a coordinated approach to combat invasive species.
