Montana Invasive Species Council meets February 20th in Helena
HELENA, Mont — The Montana Invasive Species Council (MISC) will hold its next council meeting from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on February 20th at Montana Wild, located at 2668 Broadwater Avenue in Helena.
Guest speakers will provide information about invasive grasses, phragmites, and bullfrogs. The council will review the MISC staff work plan and will take action on the co-vice chair position and the landowner representative open seat.
MISC is a statewide partnership working to protect Montana's economy, natural resources, and public health through a coordinated approach to combat invasive species.
This meeting is open to the public and virtual attendance is available with pre-registration. To attend the meeting in person or via zoom, register before noon on February 18th, 2025, by emailing anna.connerton@mt.gov or registering here. Include your name, email and affiliation when registering. Written comments can be emailed to staff and will be forwarded to the Council.
