Montana Invasive Species Council meets April 12, 2023

HELENA, Mont — The Montana Invasive Species Council (MISC) will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, April 12, at Hauser Dam near Helena. The meeting will take place from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm; a virtual attendance option will be available.
The meeting will commence with a welcome from Chair Bryce Christiaens followed by information on the AIS grant awards. The Council will review the MISC workplan documents and discuss future workplan activities including a Science Advisory Panel. The Council will discuss appointments and end-of-term for several members.
MISC is a statewide partnership working to protect Montana’s economy, natural resources, and public health through a coordinated approach to combat invasive species. All MISC meetings are open to the public.
