HELENA, Mont — The Montana Invasive Species Council (MISC) will hold a meeting on Monday, November 28, via zoom. The meeting will begin at 8:30 am.
At the meeting MISC members will review and vote on minor changes to the AIS grant program’s application, submittal and review process. The AIS grant review committee met earlier this year to discuss and propose revisions that will make the grant program more effective. Changes have been initiated from grant review committee discussions over the past grant cycles.
All MISC meetings are open to the public. To participate via zoom, email your request to the MISC Administrative Assistant at anna.passage@mt.gov and include your name and email address. Written comments can be emailed to staff and will be forwarded to the Council.
MISC is a statewide partnership working to protect Montana’s economy, natural resources, and public health through a coordinated approach to combat invasive species.
For more information about the meeting and to access meeting materials, email Liz Lodman, Council Administrator, at liz.lodman@mt.gov or call 406-444-0547.
