THE LOG IN PROCESS FOR MONTANAWORKS HAS CHANGED
The Montana Department of Labor & Industry has updated to a more secure login authentication system called Okta. This includes the dashboard where you access your unemployment claim and file weekly payment requests.
Your current MontanaWorks account automatically transferred to the new system. You should have received an email, with a link, prompting you to create a NEW password for your account. This new account will use your email as your username and NEW password to log in from now on.
After logging into Okta, you will need to locate the MontanaWorks Tile on your Okta dashboard and select it to access your unemployment dashboard.
