THE LOG IN PROCESS FOR MONTANAWORKS IS CHANGING
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Quick reminder: Montana Department of Labor & Industry is updating to a more secure login authentication system called Okta. This includes the dashboard where you access your unemployment claim and file weekly payment requests. The system migration will be happening the evening of Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Watch for an email to activate your account.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO?
- Your current MontanaWorks account will be automatically transferred to the new system called Okta. When this happens, you will receive an email, with a link, prompting you to create a NEW password for your account.
- This new account will use your email as your username and NEW password to log in from now on.
- After logging into Okta, you will need to locate the MontanaWorks Tile on your Okta dashboard and select it to access your unemployment dashboard.
- If you need help signing in, you can click "need help signing in" and then click "password reset" or click here.
