Minneapolis Police Precinct 4 (Sector 3) Update

 You may notice something of a pattern in this week's Victory Map. (!?!) There were numerous garage burglaries in one night in a small area in the Victory neighbohrood last week. Officers responded with increased patrols in the area the following night and arrested 5 individuals on LURKING charges.  Two of the 5 had felony warrants for other crimes.  It is unknown what charges in connection to these burglaries will ultimately be filed against the individuals arrested.
