March Blizzard in full force- Minneapolis always has a few false springs before we actually turn the page on winter!
PARKING RULES TAKE EFFECT ON SUNDAY, March 15 at 9PM.
In anticipation of the storm, the City has opened more than 700 spaces of free off-street parking in two lots, and starting Sunday morning, 3,500 spaces in Ramp A for $1.

Due to severe winter weather, there will be a severe weather day for MPS students on Monday, March 16, 2026. Students in elementary school (pre-K - 5) will have no school and students in middle and high school (6 - 12) will have an e-learning day.
As has been previously communicated, middle and high school students must have an e-learning day to meet state-required instructional hours.
MPS-sponsored programs and activities including adult education will be canceled. |
