A reminder, tonight, Tuesday, May 13 the Community Commission on Police Oversight will be having special meeting. The agenda can be found here, the agenda includes a 80 minute public hearing

This evening, May 13 in Room 100, Public Service Building (505 4th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55415) at 6:30, the Community Commission on Police Oversight (CCPO) is meeting with an opportunity for public comment. 

On Tuesday, May 13 at 6:30pm in Room 100, Public Service Building (505 4th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55415), the CCPO is having a public hearing for community members to give input on the Minneapolis Police Department’s policies, rules, practices, and special orders. The Commission presenting on Police Policy Research and Recommendations  and filing Police Policies

This is a great opportunity to have your voice be heard about issues that directly impact the Minneapolis Police Department. 

I know this is a busy time of year for everyone, but if you have the chance, I encourage you to attend or listen in to the CCPO’s meeting on Tuesday, May 13, meeting at 6:30pm. I’ll continue to keep you updated about opportunities to learn more about what’s happening at the City and provide feedback. I hope you all have a great start to your week!
