I am so excited to have MPD hosting the MSTAT in southwest Minneapolis. As a measure of transparency they do these in public now, and I'll be there.
While the MPD holds weekly internal “MSTAT” meetings to update leadership on what’s happening in the city, they also host quarterly community MSTAT meetings to keep residents apprised of department operations and crime trends. This is also an opportunity to meet Chief O'Hara, command staff, and the new Fifth Precinct Inspector, James Novak. Parking is available, and a meal will be served starting at 5:30 PM. RSVP here!
